Custom Picture Framing Services
All custom framing orders are made to your specific requirements and therefore non-refundable.
However, if there is an issue with the frame – such as a defect or quality concern – we will work with you to resolve the matter and ensure your satisfaction.
Artworks Purchased from the Gallery
Refunds for artworks purchased through our gallery are only available under the following condition:

If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please Note: We encourage you to inspect the artwork upon delivery to confirm its condition and authenticity.
Digital Twin Service
Our Digital Twin Service involves creating high-resolution, archival-quality digital reproductions of your space.
Once this service has been completed, it is non-refundable.
However, if there is a technical issue or the result does not meet the promised quality, we are committed to making corrections or re-delivering the service where appropriate.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
