Process
Step 1 : Application and Selection
Submit Your Proposal
Begin by submitting an exhibition proposal through our online application form. Include your artist statement, portfolio, dimensions, medium and, other relevant details about your work, and a concept or theme for your exhibition.
Selection Committee Review
Our curatorial team will review all submissions. The selection process aims to match the artist's vision with our gallery's thematic and aesthetic preferences for the upcoming exhibition season.
Confirmation and Contract
If selected, you will receive an acceptance notification via email with detailed information about the next steps, timelines, and contractual details.
Step 2: Planning and Preparation
Initial Consultation
Meet with our curatorial team to discuss the specifics of your exhibition, including space layout, thematic arrangement, and any special requirements.
Promotional Planning
Work with our marketing team to plan and develop promotional materials, including press releases, exhibition invitations, and online content.
Artwork Preparation
Prepare your artwork for the exhibition. This includes final touches, framing, and adhering to any specific presentation standards set by the gallery. You can use our bespoke framing department at a discounted rate.
Step 3: Installation
Artwork Delivery
Deliver your artwork to the gallery by the agreed-upon date. Our team will be on hand to assist with the unloading and handling of your pieces.
Installation Support
Our experienced installation team will work with you to set up the exhibition. This includes hanging, lighting, and arranging your artwork under the guidance of our curatorial staff.
Step 4: The Exhibition
Opening Event

De-installation
Our team will assist with the safe removal of your artwork from the gallery space. We can also provide advice and services for packing and transporting sold and unsold pieces.
